The 21st African-American Awards Banquet is accepting nominations for the 2009 African-American Achievement Award.
The celebration will be held Saturday, February 28th. The speaker for the event will be Caddo Parish School Board Superintendent Dr. Gerald Dawkins. Tickets are $20.
