The Latest from ATSBC ...

So much is going on with Mahogani Media now that I thought I'd take some time to catch up. Fill you in on what's been going on and what's coming up ....

AROUND THE SBC - Is in the process of revamping and getting a new look, as is the Mahogani Media website. By AUGUST 2010 you will see a hotter new look as well as more frequent posts on both. I (Mahogani) will also be re-surfacing my personal blog ... so be on the look out for excerpts and posts from there.

MAHOGANI MEDIA ... is still a driving force in local, independent media. Along with this blog, we have our artist representation group called S.T.A.R., the freelance writing and photography gigs, upcoming novels, event planning/promotions, music promotions, etc. MM is a full-service movement and you'll be seeing a LOT more this summer/year ... so keep your eyes open! :-)

BLACK MUSIC MONTH -- Starting next week you'll see posts here on ATSBC celebrating Black music, including posts about both major and indepedent artists. I'll be doing spotlights again, as we did last year, and later this month we'll begin introducing:

The HOT 100 -- is a list of movers and shakers who influence Black entertainment and the cultures of music, fashion/beauty and other artistic expressions. These are people you'll see a lot of/from in the coming years so make sure you tune in ... I'll be posting everyday through the month of August, beginning June 7th.

So there's a LOT to look forward to!!! And we're always looking for contributors: writers, photographers, promoters who want their events covered. Just e-mail me at mahoganimedia@gmail.com

Hope all is well with you guys!!! Subscribe and STAY LINKED!!! Til next ...
