ITEM: Earth Hour 2009

There's a neat event going on Saturday ... World Wide ... that is geared toward helping the planet ... and it only last an HOUR.

On Saturday, March 28th, from 8:30 pm - 9:30 pm. During this hour families, businesses, and cities power down their lights and nonessential appliances for one hour.

Earth Hour is a grassroots effort. By uniting with people all over the globe for one hour, you can raise awareness of energy usage, change our city's habits for the better, and show that you care about our living planet!
