As part of the Shreveport Water Assistance Program, the Caddo Community Action Agency Inc. is accepting applications to assist qualified individuals pay their water bills.
To apply, bring: A current city of Shreveport water bill, ID, Social Security card for all household members and one of the following Public Assistance Forms, showing you are a recipient of one of the following: Food Stamp Budget Sheet, Child Care Assistance Form, Family Independence Temporary Assistance Program Form, Kinship Care Subsidy Program Form or the Supplemental Security Income Form.
Those who qualify may get help with water bill payments twice in a consecutive year.

FREE HAIRCUTS BEING OFFERED ON WEDNESDAY
SPAR, along with Premier Cou-Pate Barber Shop owned by Brian Hampton and Byron K. Laneaux, will give FREE haircuts to youth at the Bill Cockrell Community Center on Pines Road. The event begins at 5:30 pm.
This is a monthly event that rotates among the different community centers monthly. Call (318) 636-7004 or 673-7872 for more information.
SHOTS FOR TOTS
Shots for Tots will be offering immunizations this Wednesday, June 17th at two different locations in Shreveport.
From 10 am to 1 pm, they'll be at the Caddo Community Action Agency located at 4055 Saint Vincent Ave. And from 2:30 to 5 pm, they'll be at the Weed & Seed in Shreveport.
Remember to bring your child's immunization records.
