EVENT ALERT: A Plethora of Parties!

ATTENTION -- PARTY PEOPLE ... looking for something to get into this weekend? Here's the scoop on what's hot in the SBC nightlife this week/weekend ...


THURSDAY:





Freakboy Entertainment, Kappa Alpha Psi and Omega Psi Phi are collaborating to host "Do You Thursday" at the Municipal Auditorium on Thursday night.



All College Students, Greeks, Non-Greeks, & Party Freaks are invited to come out to a "real college party." Attire: Ladies- Sophisticated & Sexy Gentlemen- Clean & Suave No Plain T-Shirts.



Doors open at 9 pm. Admission is only $5 for the first hour. Greek discounts until 1130. Must have a valid: College, Military, or State ID.











FRIDAY:

Big Poppa is having a king-sized birthday bash/album release party at KoKoPellis on Friday night. Special guests include Big Beezy, Wild Yella and KP.

Ads are running on radio, so expect a crowd, especially since KoKo favorites 3 Feet and JabbaJaws will be hosting the event.

Tickets are available at the usual local outlets ... and I suspect they're available at the door. Listen the radio to win FREE passes.

Speaking of KoKoPellis, I ran across this flyer last month and forgot to share it with you all. Did you know there's a KoKo 2 in Monroe? Somebody please stop the madness ...

You know it's bad when at the Rickey Smiley show, when the crowd was asked where the most ghetto club in the city ... the thousands of people in attendance unanimously shouted KOKOPELLIS!!! (so sad).

SATURDAY:

Rapper Plies (Bust It Baby, Please Excuse My Hands) will be performing at Club 318 (formerly Playerz Club, Club One and The Players Club) on Saturday night (9/27), along with S. Fresh (*blank stare*) of So Slimm Entertainment.

General Admission is $30 and VIP tickets are $50 (drinks and food included).

SSE is hosting the event and if you know like I know, make sure your ticket is legit so "just in case" you can get your money back. If the show goes on as planned, someone please send me some pictures! (lol)

Looking for something a bit different? The Party Pushaz are inviting you out to Phat Katz Lounge to Sensual Saturdayz. They're calling the Lounge (located at the corner of Greenwood Rd. and Curtis Lane in Shreveport) "The new college spot for the grown and sexy."

There will be security inside and out. Dress to impress and bring your ID ......
