I know I'm late posting this but it's been a busy week for your girl ... Even though another weekend is upon us, people are STILL talking about the amazing b-ball tournament LAST weekend at SUSLA, sponsored by HowURidin Magazine.
Hundreds came out last weekend to see the top ballers in the area. 14 teams competed in a 2-day tournament until there was just one left standing ... and holding the 1st prize trophy.
The winning team: Shreveport's NATURAL TALENT, led by team captains Roderick Bates, Ty Hamilton, and defensive player Gene Baker.
There was also a Slam Dunk Contest on Saturday, judged by KMJJ's Young Nisa, Olympian Kendrick "Kenny" Farris, and Next Level Barbershop. The top dunker: Jasaan Roberson.
