It's been more than 20 years since the world was introduced to the now infamous soul group AFTER 7. It's been over 10 years since the group parted ways, and EXACTLY 10 years since we heard from the unofficial lead singer, KEVON EDMONDS. Well, Kevon is back.
On Tuesday, KEVON released his second solo album, titled Who Knew featuring the popular single "Oh".
Filled with crossover potential, the new single is a little lighter than his debut album "24/7", but still has some great melodies and lyrics that will appeal to the masses. (Take a listen -- and buy the CD -- HERE).
For those who've missed KEVON's signature voice, you'll get a chance to hear him LIVE tonight at the Bijou Ultra Lounge (in the Red River District).
Admission is $10 and the place is expected to be PACKED after KDKS put 102 listeners on the VIP list. So get there early!!!
The doors open at 7 pm. Fellas, bring your ladies, you'll that Kevon in the morning (he he) ... :)
